What is Sleep Training?
Sleep training (or sleep coaching) is a collaborative, supportive process where I help you understand your child’s sleep needs and guide you in making changes that feel aligned with your values.
It’s not about rigid schedules or “cry it out” (unless that’s your choice). It’s about working together to build healthy, sustainable sleep habits in a way that feels doable, aligned with your parenting style, and respectful for your whole family.
How the Process Works
Step 1: Connect
Before getting started, book a free 15-minute Sleep Strategy call with me, OR send an email if you have questions about my services or packages.
Step 2: Customize
Select a package based on your needs. Michelle will send you an intake questionaire to fill out and will create a custom sleep plan tailored to your child and your family's challenges, goals, and values.
Step 3: Coach & Support
Connect with me for a 60-minute video call to review the sleep plan in-depth and answer all your questions.
After this, your sleep support starts and you'll have one-on-one support with me for the length of your consultation. I'll provide you daily guidance, encouragement, and real-time troubleshooting as you progress.
Step 4: Grow Together
Once your family is resting well, you can stay connected through The Sleep Success Club or upgrade to lifetime support, so sleep stays smooth at every stage.
