If you’re feeling exhausted and unsure how to help your newborn, toddler, or child sleep better, then you’re not alone — and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself either.
I am an IPSP certified pediatric sleep consultant (and a mom too), and I support families with little ones from the newborn days through young school-age.
With my background in engineering and Health Coaching, I provide clear, personalized, actionable sleep plans along with a supportive, encouraging environment where you can feel confident and empowered to achieve your sleep goals for your child.
I use gentle, evidence-based methods that work for your child and feel right for you, so you can trade frustration and second-guessing for calmer nights, smoother naps, and so much more confidence!

What is Sleep Training?

Sleep training (or sleep coaching) is a collaborative, supportive process where I help you understand your child’s sleep needs and guide you in making changes that feel aligned with your values.
It’s not about rigid schedules or “cry it out” (unless that’s your choice)—it’s about working together to build healthy, sustainable sleep habits in a way that feels doable, aligned with your parenting style, and respectful for your whole family.

How we'll help your child sleep better through gentle sleep training:

  1. Discovery call. Contact Michelle to schedule a 15 minute discovery call. Share your sleep struggles and goals and learn about how Michelle can help!

  2. Intake Questionnaire. If you decide to move forward, you'll receive a sleep questionnaire to complete. This helps me get to know you and your baby better, and lets me understand what variables we can adjust to help your child sleep better!

  3. Receive Personalized Sleep Plan. Michelle will create a comprehensive and personalized sleep plan for your family that aligns with your values and parenting style and helps you achieve your goals for your child!

  4. Plan Review, Q&A. We'll have another call to walk through your sleep plan, discuss the strategy going forward, and answer any questions you may have.
    I want to make sure you feel 100% comfortable with the plan before we begin implementing it.

  5. Up to 2 Weeks of Support. Don't worry, I'm not leaving you to figure this out on your own. I will be there to support you through the process for up to 2 weeks. I'll provide encouragement and troubleshooting help throughout!

    If we stay consistent, your little one should be sleeping independently at the end of 2 weeks and achieve the sleep goals outlined in your sleep plan!

  6. Wrap-up. At the end of the program, we'll have a wrap-up call to set you up for success after the program. Any travel, sleep regressions, or nap transitions coming up? We can talk about these then and set you up for long-term success!

Of course! I'm here to support you in any way I can throughout your child's sleep journey.
