I'm a certified pediatric sleep consultant, and more importantly, I'm a mom who's been in your shoes.
When my daughter wasn't sleeping, I tried everything, and felt like I was failing. Once I learned how to support her sleep with gentle, science-backed methods, everything changed.
Now I help other moms do the same, without tears, guilt, or endless googling.

Sleep training (or sleep coaching) is a collaborative, supportive process where I help you understand your child’s sleep needs and guide you in making changes that feel aligned with your values.
It’s not about rigid schedules or “cry it out” (unless that’s your choice). It’s about working together to build healthy, sustainable sleep habits in a way that feels doable, aligned with your parenting style, and respectful for your whole family.

We were feeling so overwhelmed by the idea of dropping from 3 to 2 naps and finally getting approval from our daughter's doctor to let her sleep through the night.
